Bump for all of you that have done custom valves to date... do you guys have the specs for intake and exhaust?
Tip length, overall length, head diamter, margin, seat width and angle, groove type, stem diameter, etc.

Sorry I haven't been able to reply or post. I have been stretched to the limits trying to get some new parts R&D done for our race motors and we are getting the shop ready for an EFI University tuner seminar this weekend.

Anyway, yes the valves and springs are done. The valves are available in stainless for the intake and exhaust and the exhaust are also available in Inconel (a very high temp material but rather costly).

The valve springs I beleive I have posted the specs. previously.

I'll get pricing up in a day or so.

Hope this helps for the mean time, working on an improved head gasket, head and main studs specifically designed for our motors and improved BILLET main caps for the FS-DE!!!!!!

The valves are our design made by Manley and the springs are Eibach!!! Brand new stuff and area for Eibach. Both have been tested this year in the race motors.

Wow awesome stuff tom. I figured you'd been super busy as you are super quick to reply when you have time. Great to hear on all these things! They really will benefit us all greatly. I'm definitely interested in pricing on the valves! I have one option right now available to me and I'm trying to find the better of them at this point!

Any ETA on those maincaps?
