New P5 owner in GA

Former DSM/300ZX owner, now into an 02 P5. Had to sell the 300ZX cause gas was getting expensive and I needed something to haul my Kayak around with.

Only mods are Tien springs and the Rims. Future plans are some Tokico Blues, and get the interior reupholstered (one of the previous owners had it done in yellow/black, not quite my taste).

Prior to this I had a 93 300ZX 2+2, and before that a 1990 Talon TSi AWD. I must say, I thoroughly enjoy the handling of the P5, but going back to a sub 200hp car is taking some getting used to. However, so far I have been very pleased with the P5.

Yeah, Dahlonega is pretty far up north. I am at N. Georgia College right now. Lumpkin county is pretty um... rural. The nice thing is I am about 2 minutes from some very nice mountain roads.

welcome to the forums...You live about 30 minutes away from me. My wife and I live in Gainesville, but soon to move to Athens. The GA member tend to have meets every once in a while, but I have yet been about to go to one. Anyway check out the GA forum and you will be informed on whats going on locally. Also if you have any questions make sure you search it first. People tend to get a little pissed if you ask a question that has already been answered..

Well I don't know, I was on an mx6 site before and they always have meets....would be nice to have a meet with both sides of the Mazda lineup.
