I purchased an 09 MS3 GT metro gray today,,,,,,,,,, absolutely awesome car. the exhaust note is incredible for a stock car.......... 2nd gear is ridiculous............. love iT!!
here are all the random facts
- OTD price of 21,850. I didn't even have to bargain too hard for this, they must really want to sell their 09 inventory is all I'm guessing,,,,,,,,
- regarding the 2010 MS3, they knew absolutely nothing. kind of funny since the cust svc person originally told me that the salesman would get me all the pricing and specs on the `10 ms3,,, heh.
- I bought the road/tire hazard package for $300. supposedly covers the tires for 5 yrs. I probably should not have purchased this as it seems pointless because it doesn't cover the wheels/rims,, but the finance guy was acting douche-like and wouldn't stop til I purchased something.
- I did not purchase the extended warranty,, quoted at $1,500. I have 30 days to think about it though. what do u think????...... I was hoping that closer to the end of the original 3 yr warranty, then I can go shopping for an extension.......... I would rather not pay the $ now.
- received very close to KBB Excellent price on the trade-in, again with little haggling. did give the trade-in a nice car wash this morning though hehe.
- the cigarette lighter standard in the car. what?.? LOL. I think it's lame, but if I smoked, I would probably mark that as the greatest thing ever (haven't seen one in a car since 1990's).
- I am really glad I bought the 09,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I will post pics eventually.!>!
