x2....at least you have admitted that the car is slow and always will be, that's the first step. As for the hood, you could go with a carbon fiber one to help it stand out from the crowd. Check the f/s sections here and craigslist for both a c/f and oem. Not too long ago I found a stock hood in the NJ area going for under $100.

When you do the suspension do you intend on lowering the car or replacing with OEM parts?

and i have found a few that are primed for around 100. on ebay all of them have $120 shipping which seems dumb plus none of them have return policies ill check the areas you suggested tho

i was thinking about either monroes or tokicos and maybe an eibach kit (1.5 inches)

lol....my wife was the same way for the longest time. She just recently gave in and bought me Bazooka Joe's former hood as a Christmas present. GL on finding one.

Suspension sounds good, I've heard good things about the tokicos/eibach.

Whats up everyone?

My name is Jerry, i have a Black Mica Mazda 3 2.3L. I currently live in Galveston, Tx, but I'll end up goin where ever the government takes me, thank you military, LOL. I have the want to do very much to my Mazda but not the proper income with too much cash outflow...but soon much will done...i hope...at least a Cold Air!!! Lookin at the Fujita F5...any opinions or suggestions?
