Well, I guess it's time to sign up to another forum lol. Been living the forum life since buying my 2002 SVT Focus almost 7 years ago. I don't see how I can own a Mazda AND NOT join a forum!
My SVTF is just about to top the 200,000 mile barrier so it was time to get a new daily with the company bonus I was about to receive. Travel the state of Florida for sales so wanted to stay in a nice economical and sporty hatch. I already knew it was going to be a Mazda...just the question was when and how much lol. Well I found a 42,000 mile Mazda3 Hatch with the 6 Speed Manual for sale for $13,995 and scouped it up ASAP! Bose, Blutooth, moonroof....one happy camper. Have the extended warranty to 120,000 miles as well.
Best part?!? Keeping my little SVTF to tear up the many Florida road courses. Hello Sebring, Daytona infield, Palm Beach Internationl Raceway (Morosa), Homestead....yea you get the picture haha. Needless to say, with still keeping the toy, only thing I plan on doing to the Mazda is suspension and wheels.

And some of the Focus. Put a Jackson Racing Supercharger on the car at 80,000 miles. 120,000 miles later....still drives strong and ready for action. Amazing how far cars have come. I have literally put three autocross seasons on the car on top of it being a daily driver for over 6.5 years. Good lord it's outlived everyone's expections including mine.
