Received today, and at least a day sooner than expected too!!

Looks great. Feels good, but I can't remember ever spending an hour installing a shift knob before.
It's a little difficult to get it exactly where you want it. I think it took me 7 or 8 tries, but in the end I'd say its worth the trouble.
