Picked up a slightly used 2014 Mazda3 hatchback s Grand Touring on Halloween night. 2000 miles. Got a good deal with extended warranty.
Replacing my 2003 Mazda 6 s.
I've been looking around for a few months, was looking at small compact SUVs (wanting a bit more trunk room) and room for 2 kids on occasion. Was looking at X1 or CX-5 as options and kind of overlooked the new mazda 3 (didn't really want another mazda - past engine problems with my 6) but test drove a lot of different cars and this is best bang for the buck under 30 right now. Seems if you want a new v6 with current tech features you're looking at mid to high 30s starting across the board.
So far, very happy with the way this 4 cylinder drives.
Didn't go with the new 6 - don't like styling compared to original.
