New Blue Tooth Module

I'm having the Blue Tooth module replaced in my 2015 as per the TSB to solve the same song playing every time I start the car. I'm wondering if anyone else has already done this and can enlighten me as to what I can expect once it's done.

To ensure it was actually changed after repair...

Hold power and seek with Radio On then enter code 38

This should show you the firmware version. 7.0 is the new one. Just turn radio off to get out of mode

Power/Volume button and Seek up button directly on head unit. Press Power/Volume first. It should show up right away in maybe a second. Have you tried it while accessory is fully on or vehicle is running?

That worked! Either the engine needs to be on, or you have to push the power first.

Had my BT/USB module replaced yesterday. I'm in New Zealand and I was worried that Mazda will not do it due to the fact that TSB was for US market.
They took the car in for inspection, figured which part they need to order and did the job so great relief.
