New 2014 M3 idle is bouncing

2014 Mazda3 GS + 2013 CX-5 Touring.
So.. As soon as I am in neutral (manual transmission) the RPM start to bounce.

Nothing crazy but enough to annoy me as the car is brand new.

The RPM goes from 900 to 1400 approx.

I took the car to the dealer several times and they say that it's normal when the car is hot.
Thing is that it happen even when I start the car in the morning.

However even if they said that it's normal, they changed a sensor or module in the exhaust the first time I reported the issue to them.. Weird if it's normal..

I've even took my GF cx-5 to get to another dealer and try a M3 2014 from them to see if it had the same problem. It didn't. Idle at 6-700 approx and always steady.

So all in all, do you guys think that this is normal or is the dealer trying to **** with me? I really don't like them (they're all ******* cocky *** douchebags but I like mazda cars lol..
And if they are trying to, what can I do ? (legally. Because I would really punch those Mr knows it all in the face if I could.)
Thanks for your time and sorry for my english.

You don't have to take it to only one dealership. By all means, go ahead and bring it in to that other one. Since they have at least one other M3 on their lot, they should know that something is not right with the way your car is acting (which is definitely not normal in any way).

That does not sound normal ... I have a 2015 S GT manual and it stays glued to ~700 RPM at idle.

Mine sometimes idles at 500 rmp. (Auto)
It annoys the hell out of me as it makes the whole car vibrate like an old diesel truck.

Haven't taken her to the dealer yet, but with 7000kms I didn't expect this
