New 2010 Ford C-Max and Grand-C-Max

That is definitely some CG non-reality there. The middle seat is quite thick when doubled over to fold away, and as it is folded away it sandwiches to paper thin-ness. And if the second row slides on rails, they can't really put a recess in the floor for it either. I'm thinking that middle seat is going to be really thin in the cushions.

The back end is U-G-L-Y!

Here is the 2009 Sienna, see that the middle seat is actually latched at the bottom, that can mean a big difference for the NHTSA dudes

The 2010's middle seat is a different design. Check it out. The 2009 and prior design is an actual seat attached to the van while the 2010+ is a fully removable seat that can be easily removed and stored in a little compartment at the back of the van.
