Has anyone installed one of these product? If so how does it work? Tried to do a forum search but don't have time to wade through 1000 posts.

Thank you

Haven't tried the Prolink unit but I have the Dice one in my '07 Mazda 3. Install was easy and sound is good. I've had some issues with song text displaying. It will lock up on me and stop scrolling. If I reset the unit it seems to work again for a while. That being said Dice has sent me multiple replacement units with newer firmware but the issue is still there. Their customer service has been good. Over all it's a good unit if you can deal with some of it's quirks.

Funny but not surprising

Turns out Dice and Neo are the same. Not sure if anyone knew this, but I looked at both owners manuals and they are the same to the point that there are Dice typos in the Neo manual!

I tried the Neo one about a year ago for my 'Speed '08.5. At that time it still did not work. After trying for a few weeks with the tech support, I ended up sending it back.

To the OP, do you have a '08 or a '08.5? If you have an '08.5 then only the OEM ipod module will work for you. It will however display text info.
