Ok, so I got the car back last night but it has to go in again on Tuesday for the engine mount repair. They didn't have the part in stock. I need your advise on the alignment. I'm thinking of having it done again because it still looks whacky with crazy rear camber and no front camber. The spec sheet is below.

Item 1: Toe
If I am correct in assuming toe is not affected by the ball joint installation, I think it is safe to say that my massive toe-out was causing the tire wear. From conversations I found on the ********** website toe-out can cause scalloped edges in as little as 5,000 miles. I'm glad that has been addressed. My guess is that my accident last year effed up the alignment and the repair shop didn't fix it properly.

Item 2: Camber
This is where I think some improvement can/should be made. -2.0 deg in the rear is on the aggressive side while +0.5 in the front is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Both are technically within spec, but it makes the car look funny. I was thinking of telling them to go with -1.5 front and rear. Does that sound more reasonable? I can't seem to find a definitive answer on ********** as to what I should run for spirited driving and good tire wear...or if they should be the same or different between front and rear.

Item 3: Caster
They adjusted this a little bit on one side, but it seems to be on the high end of the range. ********** mentioned 4.5 as a goal. Should I bother asking them to lower these values?

ive got my stockers but they are slightly warmed from the previous owner of the car and even when balanced they still give the car a little shake at highway speeds. i would have just dealt with it but since i drive all highway i had to get something else. If you dont find anything before the spring meet ill bring them with me and you can see how they work out! tires are still pretty good good. enduro runway 960s i belive
 
Chris: For the front you can run a -.5 and be fine.. For the rear a -1.0 to 1.5 will be fine. I will dig up my last alignment for you. I set mine to what the suggested spec was for the MS6.
 
Ok I'll ask for -0.5 in the front and -1.2 in the rear. That should clear up the whacky look and help tire wear. I know factory spec for the rear is between -1.2 and -1.4 if I remember correctly after reading endless pages on it at ms6club. No one seemed to mention the front camber though.

We moved into the new house over the weekend. Wicked sore and with some bashed fingers, but most of the stuff is in.
 
Congrats Ash on the house.

No holiday for me this week. Doing inventory Friday night.

Got the wheels painted and installed on the Focus.
