usually a good shop will fix that! hope they do for you! they should also have a light meter on premises to ensure it's right before they let your car out

Also, don't hunt for a $25 worth of discount somewhere, it's worth paying for a job at a quality place. You don't want to have to come back. Almost every tint shop offers lifetime warranty on labor, and now, with carbon film, lifetime warranty on film.

What do you do when the place that did your tints and guaranteed a 5 year warranty AND fixing all the current problems has a phone number that is 'no longer in service.' Guy f'ing packed up and I'm stuck with bad looking tints.

That usually happens when the windows come slightly tinted from the factory and the tint guy doesnt compensate for it and just slaps 35% film on the window

Find a new place.

thats what i was thinking. funny thing is that after the staty gave the ticket he told me how to beat it.

The tint quality is huge. Anyone who wear polarized sunglasses (a lot of boats) can see the difference between cheap film and good film. With cheaper film I can see purple spots when i look throught the tint. Good tint won't do that.

Anyone know about the Cobb AP? I was going to buy one, but it was previously installed. He says its unmarried and it will work. I thought once it was installed you can't use it on another car?

Not true, i have a Cobb AP and am a Cobb Dealer. as long as its 'uninstalled' you can install it on your car. have him post a pic of it being uninstalled and youll have nothing to worry about

Just got back a from a ride...(two wheel of course).

Fixed the car before I left...I keep thinking that I put the disty in with the rotor end the wrong way but if I had it wouldn't start at all...and it does, and it idles...so I'm just paranoid.

Here's a neat shot I got on my ride:

I bonked partway into the ride, only did 6 miles...just didn't have my heart into it...didn't eat before the ride and I had to be home at a certain time to get to work. Lesson learned.

Anyone else ride? If I can find at least 10 Mazda people who ride I want to order custom cycling jerseys with the mazda logo on them :D
