NEMOC Random BS Thread

You just got that car last year? So at LMR, it was fairly new for you?

Yep. Here's the Time Line of the first month that I had it:

May 7: Pick up car in South Bend, IN
May 8: Drive to Carlisle, PA (Via Easton, PA when I surprise visited Jeff and Tammy)
May 10: Drive home from Carlisle, straight to a local meet to show everyone.
May 22: Drive to Lime Rock Park to hang out with the NEPOC folks
May 25: Drive home to Akron, OH
May 30: Auto-X weekend (I think). The death of 2nd gear

Good Morning NEPOC

Congratulations Marks that's says a lot about a person............................... fill in the blanks.
2 years and counting for Jenn hope you always enjoy you 8 and congrats to all the other anniversaries.

Congrats Mark!!! That is quite the accomplishment these days. I'll have 15yrs on the books later this year (would be 16 if I hadn't left the company for 9mos). And in May the wife and I celebrate 15yrs of marriage!

interesting jeff...i would have had 16 too, but i left for 7 months...and rob and i will be married 33 yrs this may 27th(boom05)

Let me make you feel old...

You've been married 8 years longer than I've been alive.

Going to be prison again for the rest of this week. Last time it was a medium security prison full of sex offenders. Now it's a maximum security (level 4 out of 5) full of murderers and gang members. Great...

My parents have been married 27 years. My mom will be 44 in June, and my dad is 46.

bad news: at the branch office in farmington all day
good news: playing my first round of golf of the year this afternoon.

Morning all. Another nice day. Played my first round of golf yesterday. Not too bad, 1st par of the year and string of bogeys, won't say about the rest of the round.

For milestones this year,
Parents 58th anniversary in May, 83 for my dad, and mom turns 80 this year
Mary and I will celebrate 29 blissful years on Aug 29, I'm sure she has some other words
and my oldest daughter gets married on Aug 28.

That's awesome Bruce!

Mary and I will celebrate 15 blissful years on April 21, I'm sure she too has some other words. ;)
Sara will be 17 in May.
Parents...well the only one still alive in our family is my father. :( He will be the only grandparent if/when that day comes.

Morning all!!

Awww Bruce!! Your daughter's getting married the day before your anniversary?? That's cute! One of my sisters got married on our grandparent's anniversary, then her first child was born on my dad's birthday (which ironically, is Aug 29th)! Her second is due in May, but will likely miss my Mom's birthday on the 10th, lol.

Morning folks!

Went to see a fun band last night. Finntroll. Finnish folk metal. Fun stuff.

dont you nepoc detailers all swear by PC buffers? Do you have a model number and estimated price for the preferred tool?

There is a delta/stanley/PC/black+decker friends & family truckload sale in CT this weekend that I have a pass for....not sure how much of a discount there will really be or what will be available though.

Yes, she was actually trying for Aug 29 but had to change since that was a Sunday.

anybody know of any very high heat gasket sealer for exhaust manifolds and such? i found some but for some reason they were banned in like 15 states including MA. wierd. im just lazy and sick of trying. the highest heat rating thats "legal" is 700 intermittent and i need around 1000-1500 if possible. it has to be silicone type not like inferno or anything that will need to be torched off. thanks

PC 7424. Not sure on price as I bought mine years back.

Speaking of which, Mark and I just finished his Miata. It's looking real good now. Pics to come.
