Replacing a popcorn ceiling way easier and CHEAPER than replacing a tub surround. I would bite the bullet and cut the hole in the ceiling, fix the leak and then do the ceiling.

Hey guys, need a recommendation on All-Season Tires.

They are for my sisters mercedes. Allwheel drive. She only runs one set of tires all year so they need to be all-seasons and not summer tires.

Absolutely. I will never own a standards truck/SUV again. Such a PIA. Car in the other hand, stick all the way.

ha-ha, we'll see if you say that after doing it. Piece of advice: Buy good gloves (I like the blue rubber palms with cloth backing), glasses and a good mask. Old carpet in basements tends to create a lot of nasty stuff in the air if its glued to the concrete floor when you pull it up.

I've peeled up the carpet in several spots, and it doesn't appear to be glued. I'm hoping that's the case.
