Need some quick advice on a new rear main seal leaking

I had a shop install my clutch kit, while they were there I opted for them to change the rear main, just in case. Even though it wasn't leaking. Their part, their install, now it is leaking. I went on 600 mile trip to break in my clutch, which worked flawlessly. And noticed and smelled oil.
The mechanic told me to bring it in Monday which is fine.
However my question is, should they replace the rear main, due to either installing it wrong, not rtving the main bearing housing, or greasing the bearing and the inside of the seal. Either way I see it. It is their fault. But the real question is, is my clutch oil soaked yet, and should I ask them to replace that as well.

I knew I should've done this job myself, and I am now kicking myself. Any advice would be great. Thanks guys.

Any thoughts? Trying to get some good advice before lunch time today. Any thoughts would be something as opposed to nothing.
Thanks,

Depends on what it looks like when they pull it, it is probably fine but if it starts to slip due to the oil they are responsible.

It's not slipping yet. Luckly they are going to replace it. Anyone have the correct Mazda way to change it?

Well then, looks easy enough. Maybe this one won't fail. I have upgrades to do Dammit! I get my bov tomorrow, excited.

So, turned out the upper oil pan was leaking. Mechanic quoted me 4.9 hours of labor to fix it. Thinking about the simple s*** I asked him to check the bolts, to make sure they were tight. Turns out they were all pretty lose. This didn't stop the leak 100% but it slowed it down considerably. So now I wait to see if it gets worse. The previous owner used black rtv and upper and lower oil pan gaskets so it isn't some cork gasket I'm tightening down on.

So now the waiting game and hoping it doesn't get worse.
