Well I'm trying to decide what I NEED to get to make my car the Style, and Performance level that I want. But I would like some opinions...

First Rims..
How about these rims in hyperblack? And will they look good on the BLAZIN YELLOW

CF Hood
CF Trunk
Hows the fitment with these? Eventually I'm going to get a MazdaSpeed decal and center it on the trunk, paint it and then take it off so the CF comes through ya know. On the front I'm planning to do the same thing but Ghost Mercury instead!

EBC and Gauge
How is this setup? And does it spike?

Im still deciding on whether I want an SMIC or a FMIC,
SMIC
FMIC - If I decide to go with an FMIC I want to get it custom and have the hot and cold pipes run behind the fog light mesh so you can see it just enough to know its there.

My plans are to run 10psi daily and TOTALLY safely..What else do I need to do so?
like..
Downpipe?
AFC?
And which would be the best?

Thanks for the help ahead of time..Because I'm still kinda new a this F.I. thing

I def like the wheels... they should look good on the yellow especially if you are going to do some carbon fiber mods. I would go with the FMIC too.. i figure if your going to spend $500+ on a SMIC, just spend the extra cash and get the FM- they look way cooler IMO.

The rims look great

hood and trunk are excellent choices. Xcelerated makes a very nice product. Fitment from what I've heard is good.

EBC and gauge, no. your mbc and boost gauge are just fine.

FMIC, hiboost makes a great kit, no cutting, piping goes behind the fog mesh (IIRC). If you're only running 10psi you can go with a SMIC and should see the same hp gains and the FMIC. Plus you already have the HP's for the SMIC so I'd probably go that route.

you'll definately want some type of AFC or EMS when running that high of a boost. DSM's AFC version I and II are excellent choices, many MN members have run this. Ryan ran the DSM but was a puss and never boosted above 8psi ( :P )

you could also run 1 stage colder spark plugs as well.

hope that helps a bit

yea they have them in the 5 x 114.3 but do i need anything to make them fit if the are 18x7.5...and what tire option should i get???

(225/40/18)
(215/35/18) $1399

(235/40/18) $1450

(245/40/18) $1499

i'm not sure on fitment but if you get 7.5 you should at least get 225/40 -18 ... hell i fit 215 on my 7 inch width rims i'm not sure on how big you can go tho

Why not stick with stock size of everything (215/45/17). You might be able to get away with 225's. It's cheaper and will look sweet if you throw some Goldline springs in there for a drop. Sticking with the stock size might make your car a little quicker too. Buy BF Goodrich KDW 2's. I have them and they are some of the stickiest street tires out there. In the top 3 for sure. I paid a total of $491 installed/mounted/balanced. I ahe since lost that hook up though. I believe those rims would look good on the car though.

well if i wanted to be the fastest car on the block i wouldn't get 18's but i just wana have enough fast to make me happy and enough style to make me happy..but what size tire should i get and what should i do to make them fit

headers aren't involved. you have a vibrant j pipe and back so only the s pipe would be replaiced and that is a project to say the least your mbc is probably ok but if you look at the AEM truboost that is a pretty cool setup and then you can get the matching AEM WB gauge... hawt! (oh and btw i sell both :)) lol i love shameless advertising to the MN crew :)

yea thats my plan cause i like those 2 gauges alot..so all i need is an s pipe and afc to run 10 psi daily with NO trouble?

you should probably upgrade you intercooler, either an smic or fmic would be in your best interest as well.

the s pipe is NOT imparitive to run 10 psi but nothing is safe on these cars lol so if you blow your engine and yell at me all i can say is buy my rods lol but a SMIC or FMIC (depending on your goals most ppl can do a SMIC and still maintain just as much power... if not more) and yes some AF control would be grand and that is getting to the point where 10 psi shouldn't worry you AS much
