siver is hot. I never liked silver before and now that i have it i love it. Black is nice too but i think its harder to take care of. BTW are they offering to trade you cuz of the stereo thing? WIll they make you pay the difference between teh sport and the GT?

I'd go for black just because my STi I just sold was silver/grey and I don't want another silver car. I'm picking up my Black GT tomorrow :D

Wow, so because of the stereo goof they are giving you a gt?? Does anyone else think that is SWEET, they are going above and beyond for customer service! (shocked)

I've got a black gt, and I have mixed feelings. I love the way it looks when clean, but living in the northeast, it's tough in the winter. Seeing that you're in Texas, it shouldn't be too hard to keep it looking shiny though.

If you are not keen on washing it once or twice a week, go with a silver (which I think looks sexy on this car). If you can handle keeping up with the cleaning, go with the black, because not much can hang with a clean black ride.

mines a black GT, they goofed me on the car too... and are going the distance to keep me as a customer... they had the car on order, i asked them about it and they said it was a base, black gt... so i put a deposit on it, and then they got the invoice, saying it had NAV... so they are selling it to me at invoice... i have no doubt they will try to tag some fees, but im going to talk them out of as much as i can

black is sexy when its clean..my mustang is black..but when its dirty is oogly! ssilver you really dont have to wash for awhile..lol..i like the silver one myself..

I would swith just under the pretext that I get to start over again with a brand new car all over again, assuming that's the case.

I have black. It's definitely hard to keep clean, but the cool thing about the Black Mica, is that it isn't just black. When she's nice and shiny, and the sun hits it, there are tiny blue and gold flecks in the paint. It's pretty unique. I really like it.
