Well from what Ive read and learned from both forum members and manufactures it that you have a few ways to do this.
The rotor that will give you the best braking performance is the slotted rotor. The cross drilled rotor is better for wet weather driving but if you dont get the good quality brand you stand the chance for them to develop cracks. So if you want the best of both worlds, great looks and great stopping then go D/S but get brembos. If you do this DO NOT get the high dollar pads! These are very abrasive and will one, eat your rotors or two eat the pads. If you go with the D/S rotors the stock pads will work fine.
NOW so that I dont look like Im one sided. If you dont want to spend the 200-300 for D/S rotors and new pads just get the stock rotors and a good quality pad.
We went over this for the last 2 weeks. I feel the cheapest way to get good stopping power is to just buy high quality pads and stock rotors.
So it depends on your pocket book and you taste.
