would you happen to know what its called? would it be cheaper if i pay someone to do it? is it worth dropping my car off at the dealership?

EZ out are the ones where you drill a hole in the stud that the head snapped off of then tap the ez out in the hole & turn it to remove the stud. They look similar to a drill bit with a square head on top. The rounded headed bolt remover thing is is called bolt extractor IIRC. Craftsmen has a set of those that fit over the rounded head & bite into the bolt head when trying to remove. They just look like a socket that fits your ratchet.
