My turbo on my 07 cx7 went out so I decided I'd go ahead and do the swap myself. I do most work myself on my vehicles but I'm not too familiar with turbos and Mazda's disi engine. I read over the manual and it has you taking off all kinds of things like cat conv, middle pipe, hos2 on front and rear, etc.... My question is can I just remove intercooler and undo oil lines and then unbolt the turbo and take it out? Is there anything I need to make sure and do before I take out old turbo and put new one in.? And what all do I need to replace other than turbo.? Gaskets, oil lines, etc... Please someone let me know something soon as I've already started this project and need the car done asap! Thanks in advance!
