need help removing rusted bolts on Stabilizer control link

Should I worry about damaging the tab while cutting right against it? I have a hard time seeing exactly where I'm cutting when using a dremel.

As long as you're cutting parallel to the face of the tab, I think you'll be fine. Just do try to be careful.
