Need help on Mazda3 purchase

I want a loaded 3s sedan, but I don't want to get ripped off. I got a quote from a dealer and this is what the internet sales director sent me:

I just found this for you it's $21300.00
Option Group: 1AB - ABS/SAB/SAC PACKAGE . . AT1 - 4-SPEED SPORT AT . .
1SP - SPORT PACKAGE . . LS1 - LEATHER SEATING SURFACES . . ZO3 - ADD TO MSC W/O 1MC . . 1XT - XENON & TPMS PACKAGE . . NV1 - NAVIGATION SYSTEM
Port Installed Accessories: NONE
MSRP: $22,155.00.
Color (Exterior/Interior): TITANIUM GRAY /BLACK

Does anyone know what the ZO3 package is? That is my main concern. Is this a good price?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to, but I have to share the car with my sis and she can't drive stick. Anyways, I'm going to be driving it in Seattle, and there are a lot hills that have to be parallel parked on. I don't have time to teach anyways.
