NEED HELP graphic designer please !!!!!

So my company asked me to design a holiday flyer to promote our electrical contracting company. Idea for this flyer to to tell our customer that we can help them put on holiday lightnings. I have an idea of what I want to do, but I just can't do it on photoshop or publisher (I can see it in my head, just can't draw it on computer). Can somebody please help me? This is what I have in mind.

I found this picture on google, but it's too small of a file for me to use it. Can somebody duplicate that in a larger file? I want to use this picture, then on the top, I will add "are you ready for the holiday?"

this is why graphic designers get paid so little. It's the "i know how to do this stuff" mentality.

Here you go: www.istockphoto.com ,spend the $5 and get a good image.

well...it's a small company and they are trying to save $$$. I can do the picture myself with some arrangment but i just don't have the time.
