Need a ton of help

ok so i went to get my car inspected here in PA and the scan tool read 4 monitors not ready. The tech advised me to drive a good 50 miles to see if it fixes any of them and it didnt. i am running a custom tune on my accessport constructed by Jorge from cobb. I am also completely catless with the CS TBE. i need to fix this asap and im not sure what to do. I have no CELs at all and there is no issue with running rough or anything like that. I wanted to put the stock tune back on for the time being but its not on my AP. only the custom tune is there and for some reason i cant upload it from manager to the AP. I probably have to use the disc and reinstall it, who knows. Any help is greatly appreciated because i need it!
 
just an update...i updated everything with the AP and installed the factory tune. also, i had the hks ssq valve vta so i reinstalled the recirc hose. im not sure if that would help any, but worth a shot.

I may be wrong, but I believe the AP has the option to remove certain codes so that the ECU will run as if nothing has changed....good for TBE I believe. Your tuner probably did this to optimize your power.
 
i think u have to put at least 1 catt back, they use a mirror check under ur car, but im not sure what they do with the mirror, i put stock test pipe back on and i passed it...
 
got it taken care of. for those who run into the same problem just put the factory tune back on and drive a good week, or 200 miles and all of the monitors read as ready so im good!
