Need a New Turbo?

I was looking around on Craigslist and I found a brand new turbo for a Speed 3 the listing says $500 or best offer. Located in a suburb of Salt Lake City.

BRAND NEW but from (taken off) a speed3. What did they do, buy it with 0 miles on it and rip it apart off the bat? Sounds a bit fishy. Call and ask. Post up, I am interested in what they say. I say send it out for a performance rebuild!

Yeah it doesn't make sense, from a speed 3 but brand new and nver used. Great deal if it is true though!

maybe its just the same turbo our car uses and they are selling it.... not necessarily that it came off one??

Anytime I see a used K04 for sale I think oil seals. The one in that link is clearly new. Look at the exhaust side.

hmm im front utah south jordan i havent noticed any speed 3's with an upgraded turbo in fact mines about the best known speed 3 out here thats really weird..

if the car is a brand new 2009 model, why would it already need a new turbo? Thats what warranties are for
