Navigation Questions

My Navigation unit was recently updated at the dealership and I noticed a few changes that are annoying.
Has anyone found a way around these

1. After selecting where to drive to I have to agree to Drive Safely screen every time and it doesn't go away till I hit continue
2. After selecting a destination the system always turns the voice back on. I prefer to have it muted most of the time and like it to be off by default
3. After arriving at my destination and turning the car back on the GPS is always in 2D mode vs 3D

1. It's in the settings. I don't remember where but it's in there.
2. That's in the settings too, to always mute voice directions, until you press to enable for that time.
3. That's always how mine has been, it's rather annoying, another step to have to push the bottom left 'button' to enable 3D.

After the car starts up I hit the Nav button, touch the screen and hit sittings. I then hit the button "Turn off Voice Guidance". That does cancel the voice but as soon as the car is shut off it reverts back to turning the voice on.

And for #2, yes you're missing something, there's a way so you DON'T have to keep pressing turn off voice guidance everytime you turn the car on/off.

For #1, go to settings, and i think on the 3rd or 4th settings screen, there's SAFETY something, it's a Yellow triangle warning icon.
On mine I have it ALL unchecked.

#3, there's a 2d/3d setting in the menus, it's its own setting option, you can set it to auto 3d mode IF you're on a route. that is all though.

For #2 I think it's in the voice section, i forgot to check while on lunch break.

Just an FYI even after you adjust the safety settings the screen will always come up, but as soon as you put it in gear it will disappear without having to tap agree.

Looks like the safety setting screen was the one I wanted.
I unchecked Show All Warnings and it didn't give me the drive safely nag screen.

Just need to figure out how to keep voice off

So I just checked mine. Go into Settings and right there on the top left is the voice icon, make sure it is GREEN and it says "turn voice directions on". That means it's off unless you manually turn it on by tapping it or pressing the center bottom button on the nav screen. I don't get ANY voice commands.

The setting you mention is the one I have turned off multiple times
It appears that everytime I shut off the car and lock the doors the setting reverts back to voice being on.
I wonder if the software version matters?
The app version number says:
