Navigation hiccup

Just got a hiccup on my mazda 6 2014 GT with navigation. I have now 350 miles. Started the car and drove, click on the navi button, nothing shows up. The radio, setup and phone button would work fine. Kept pushing on the nav button, but nada. Drove to parking lot, turned off the car and back on, still nothing. I was hoping that reset it.

Finally I pulled the sd card out of the reader and plug back in while the car was off. Restart the car and tomtom nav came back. Odd!

Anyone experience this?!

Yep, have seen the same issue and used the same solution.. Last incident, the GPS just got crazy and couldnt locate satellite and reported loss of satellites also this time it helped to remove the SD card, but this procedure needs to be followed. While the infotainment system is on open the SD card slot and await for the system say its save to remove the SD card. Do so and shut down the system. Reinsert the SD card and power up the system again. Now TOMTOM will take a little longer to boot as its doing some I dont know stuff while its showing a boot screen.

Just had this happen on Friday. It just showed me stationary in one location (my office as it happened) even though I had driven 20 miles away. Nothing corrected this "freeze" until I pulled the SD card and reinserted. All has been well since. Little glitches like this dont bother me as long as the fix is something as simple as rebooting the system essentially. What I still am annoyed as hell by is the ipod integration (both in terms of not being able to use large capactiy devices like an ipod classic, and always restarting the playlist when starting...truly unacceptable)...
