Haha I've been scanning through ebay parts and finally just found it- of course you guys were way faster

My CEL is on and a smell a burning smell from the vicinity of the cruise control actuator apparently. I need to get to my buddy's place for the code reader.

The alternator is directly underneath the cruise control actuator....i bet this could be burning smell

It turns out it was the alternator (good call Jspeed) but the CEL was unrelated (P2009).
