Dynoed 210 whp all-motor, probably puts down 290 whp on the juice.

So you're in the 12's with only 210 whp? How much does your car weigh now? I saw from the pics that it is pretty much stripped. Thats excellent times.

I think I remember seeing 22-2300lbs? He runs slicks, as well. I think he launches from 4000 rpm.

went to the track for the first time today. 1.6L with CAI, Exaust and short shifter. I don't remember exactly buy It weighted about 2560LB or so at the track.

first time at the track

went to rockingham this past saturday, it was awesome. these are my two best times.

the first one i raced was a cr-x with a type-r motor in it and the second was a civic hatch. im car 426.

Well, went to the track again last night. Sucked even worse that the first time. Im blaming it on the fact that I had almost a full tank of gas.

Really bad wheel hop in first, even at 2500 launch. I think I may have worn my rear motor mount out, and I dont think I will go back until I get it swapped out.

Twilight: How much did your wheel/tire combo weigh again? My 929 rims with 205/50R15's weigh 13.6 kilos or so.

amazingly 13.6kg as well! my tyres must be damn heavy!

My wheels weigh in at about 5 kilos each (11lbs), so probably pretty close with both. =)

BUT... learned a valuable lesson.. Automatics dont like it when you shift to race.

the 17.3's are all starting from 1st.. almost to redline, 2nd to red.. Drive

i ran a 16.45 @ 83.7 on one of those g force meters the other day. dont know how accurate they are tho.

They can be accurate, but you have to set them up properly. SCC or C&D just did a test on them, and they came out pretty close. But you need to go to the track first, get a couple of runs in to find out your average, and then adjust the settings on the G meter accordingly. So when you go to the track again, the g meter should read the same as the track clock. Some of them have a ton of settings that need to be right for it to come out accurate.
