MZ3 vrs RX-8 wheel Q?

If I buy 18" RX-8 wheels, are the center caps from the my 2007 MZ3 (17" Snowflakes) the same? And how about the TPMS, will the ones from my 3 work on the RX-8 wheels? Any help much appreciated.

They both work. I am 95% sure.
