Mysterious Animal Spotted in MD

They're calling it the Hyote on the news. What ever it is it's the ugliest thing that I've ever seen. They say though that it has not attacked any children and no one has any missing animals in that neighborhood, actually one woman says that it comes in her back yard sometimes with her cat's back there and it doesn't even phase the Hyote at all.

First thing I thought was that it was a hyena with sarcoptic mange. Freaky. The guy on the vid says he thought it was a fox. Doesn't move like a fox to me. Stange. And, wasn't it eating grass?

I am still at a loss for what it is, but I must admit that I am extremely intrigued by it.
they are setting a trap to get higher res images of it.. hahah.. look at the bait they leave out
