The Mazda TCU or Telematics Communication Unit in late CX-5 is having issues connecting with car and phone network for MyMazda App features, there is now a download update file available, rather than repeat here please go to this link inside this forum.

NOTE::
TCU Updates for CX-5 and CX-9 for North America are now available, and for Mazda 3, CX-30, MX-30, CX-50.
No updates for EU/UK yet.
You must message me for file and ONLY if your car came with a TCU (from mid 2021 onwards), and no you CAN not retrofit Hardware, impossible. Mazda Servers know your VIN and MyMazda APP registration will fail.
