My TTD build thread

The 17" convex mirror definitely helps to get rid of the blindspots on the passenger side. It's still not as easy to see out the rear of the car with the cage. I really need to paint the rear shelf flat black or something because I was getting lot of glare on the rear window this weekend.

You'll love the higher shifter. The one I made makes shifting quick and easy while keeping both hands on the steering wheel as much as possible. Thanks for the Carbotech suggestion, they are worlds better than the EBCs.

What EBCs were you using before? I just put Reds on (used to have Greens) and they grip a ton more. Wondering if I should scrap using EBC all together and go with something else.

Today I installed a new shifter from Empire Tuning.
Where is the shifter on their site? I WANT IT NOW!

I was using the Yellows at the track. They were pretty consistent but the grip level is no where near the XP10s.

oh that shifter is awesome, i hate the stock one i feel like im grabbing... er nevermind...any idea on price ?

It will be on the site tomorrow. The price is $90 shipped.... I'm going to run a thread for ppl interested in a GP. Look for it tomorrow...

Sorry for the delay. I put it on the site and for some reason the file did not save and I just noticed it this morning when a couple ppl called me about it. Fixing the issue it will be there today.

hahaha that looks like a blast, car seemed pretty loose in a few of those sections especially the end. An outside video of that run would be sweet.

Well, further modifications have started. Here's my new spoiler.
Now I'm really glad I don't drive this on the street anymore!

How do you adjust it?
I'm serious.

The linkages under the wing part allow it to move and the rear linkage is bolted in slots for more movement. Then the rear upper wing is attached in slots to adjust relative to the main wing.

I started building my splitter today.

Here's a rough idea of the placement once I get the air dam done.
