My trunk got punctured!!! :'(

It was one of those business size mailboxes. It was about 7pm and i just tinted my windows. The f-ing thing was setup right at the height of my trunk so i couldnt see it, backed right into it and put 2 punctures in my trunk lid, it looks like crap.

Any of you has an idea of how much would it cost to replace the trunk lid?
Would it be cheaper to fix it? would it look good? I dont mind if its just a bit more expensive to replace it, i want it to look like new.
Do you guys think i should claim it on the insurance? or is it not worth getting your premiums up? I have never had an accident and have never claimed anything on my insurance.

Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

id say now would be the time to get a cf trunk lid but you dont have a mazdaspeed protege hmmmm well idk but best of luck BUMP it would be cheaper me thinks to get a new one...BUT i dont think it will be cheap...go to your mazda dealer and ask them what body shop they recomend...thats what i did when i needed some body work done and they did a good job best of luck

take a pic of it and post it, I used to work at a body shop and I can give you advice whether to replace or repair.
