My Speed3 with DG Lip

That's hot. I wish I could get that lip but my area (and driveway most of all) will not allow it...

I LOVE IT, very nice man. What I like about this lip, you can run this lip without sideskirts or a rear. With the nextmod lip, it looks like you HAVE to have sides and a rear for it to flow with the car. Can't wait to get my dg front lip and rear diffuser :)

i was going to post something about this as well. BUT IMO the way this lip sticks out from the bumper, getting the matching side skirts that stick out almost seem necessary to get it all too match.

I have those type of sideskirt extensions that stick out, I think that for the OP with this lip these would match very well:

See I disagree, this reminds me alot of the lips that come on the STi's and Evo's and such and they hardly ever have sideskirts and rears to match. The only thing I want to do is this front lip and then the rear canard/diffuser.

yeah its CF it was like 730 when i took the pictures. I have carbon fiber pillars on by auto exe too and you cant see them there.

Did u remove all those little plastic nail looking things from the dg lip? WTF are those they line up with nuthing. I took them out after I ripped off the factory lip to get it all flush. It didnt just "snap" on like you said. I used the six factory screws but I had to find large washers to fill up the size of the massive holes the dg lip has. I also drilled and added 4 more screws along with 3m tape. Also had to trim the little factory splash gaurds or whatever that meets up at ends of the lip.

No i didn't take um off.. i drilled to make them fit in. I also had to use washer type bolts that were big enough to hold it in.
Its weird how much customizing needs to be done to make it fit right.. you'd think they would just make the lip to fit.

Custom parts that fit?! (hah)(hah)(hah)That's crazy talk!

DG does have a history of making inconsistent parts. I like the look of the car, but It doesnt match the sides of the car. The side skirts would even that out, but I think they stick out too much.

I agree for how much I paid I was dissapointed in the work it took to get it on. I also dont understand how you didnt remove them as the pointy sides of the plastic nail things were facing down toward the ground on mine lol. They lined up with no holes kinda poopy. I used the holes that were there from the plastic nail things (dont know how else to describe) and drilled two screws on each side toward the edges along with the 6 factory screw points in middle. I think Im gona go back and do all the holes even though it seems very secure.(notcool)

i wonder if there are any manufacturers [ie: shine, etc...] who would be able to make a replica in somthing more durable, like hfrp or poly or abs. i also wish that the sides scooped upwards.

i like the look, but i cant justify the price [especially with shipping]. ill admit though, if there was a local shop with these in stock, id go pick one up.
