My New STF project...

Well finally got my control arm bushings in, funny story the whiteline ones were out of stock for 90 days (manufacturer) , so I googled for a while , emailed a few places and 4 days ago I got an email from a guy in a little village East of Schotland he claimed he had them, I was not sure but his website seemed legit soo I took the plunge after three days like he said voila ! :

The other ones came from Powerflex directly courtesy of Vorshlag, great costumer service ! Looks like a box of girl's parfume:

Still waiting for my Ksport upgraded springs, already a month they are coming from Japan , but I might not be able to wait longer... Vorshlag has them as well.

Don't waste your time they don't have them. The only person in the universe that has them for the next 90 day is in Schotland LOL ;)

STF Project finally finished for 2012..

First of all I have to say that without Mr Andy Hollis' assistance this project would had not been completed this soon.

The car feels amazing is now up to the drivers. Will be doing final testing and set up this weekend before Nationals.

My STF Check list:

- Front KSport Coilover slotted for camber, Rear AST Shocks with custom spring rate KSport #560,6",60mm F / Hypercoil #500,6",60mm R
- Crash bolts
- -3 front camber with 3/16 toe out on race day, rear toe cannot adjust
- Whiteline caster adjustable front control arm bushing (rear)
- Powerflex front control arm bushing (front)
- Motor Mount
- CS Short shifter
- RB Rear Beam bar
- Custom made CAI with ram air
- Headers
- Custom made header back Muffler Headquarters
- Kirkey Seats 25 lbs. each
- Shift light
- Lightweight battery 1.7 lbs.
- ECUnleashed ECU Reflash
- 15x7.5 949 UL wheels with 205-50-15 BFGoodrich Rivals (dry)
- 15x7 wheels generic brand with 195-50-15 Toyo R1R (rain)

Are you still running the same custom CAI from earlier in this thread or has it changed? Any updated pics?

best of luck to both of you at nationals. If you replace the springs when you go to ast shocks in the front let me know I would buy them from you
 
Thanks guys, today's t&t at Ft. Myers was really good, after a few adjustments to the front shocks the car was very balanced and planted. On a 40 sec course I managed to be one second off a fully prepped str s2000 driven by David Marcus; usually he is 2 sec faster.

Tomorrow last event before the real thing.
