I just got a 2003 Protege 5 wagon tonight. Right away, I took some pics, then hopped onto yahoo to search for a forum for this car. I'm Charlie, nice to meet you guys.

howdy Charlie... you must be from the Bay Area..... unless there's a Putnam Mazda somewhere else in this world

Welcome to the board. It's a great source of information and a good group of people too. If you have basic questions you can probably find answers with the search feature. If you don't find answers, post your questions, guaranteed you'll get the information you need...And Blue P5's Rock!!!! good choice!

I got the sissy stick version. I don't expect to race this car anyways, but damn, it handles so nice around the curves for a stock car. And yes, I'm from the Bay Area - San Francisco to be more exact.

Hey and congratulations. I just got a red P5 two months ago, and we've only managed to put a pitiful 1,000 miles on it so far.

How was Putnam Mazda? We bought from Val Strough in Oakland, and were pleased with the experience overall.

Welcome to the board. I remember seeing your prelude. My friend owns a prelude and I did a search for him a while back.

I almost bought my P5 from Putnam, but the manager was a b**** and wouldn't even give me keys of my old cars.

After arguing I just left.

hey welcome!

i see you own a prelude too.... cool

i used to also drive 5th gen

the P5 is a great car to drive too.. not as smooth as the lude but handles just as well.
