My new Mazdaspeed 3...

Howdy Folks... just signed up as i've bought what you folk call a Mazdaspeed 3 (down here in Australia we call them Mazda MPS 3).

Can't wait til some tuners get their hands on these... so I'm keeping my eye on these forums for the power up parts!

Just sold my 400hp chev powered sedan and I'm having an absolute blast in this thing!

Sorry for the poor photo quality.. just took them on my XDA. Red is the most popular down here so I thought i'd give black a shot!

It's the sports pack with Leather, BOSE sound etc etc....

Very large congrats on the new MPS3! We only just now had some arrive at a Canandian port, so we've been relying heavily on you Ozzies for first impressions and real life photos. Maybe you'll also be the first to get the Mazdaspeed catalogue of aftermarket parts they've been testing for the car. Supposedly a mag reviewer @ IGN.com got to drive one with 30 more HP than stock.

Congrats man. OMG, I was thinking of another silver car when I buy an MS3 next year.... but black is so nice. My '93 SE-R was black. Hard to keep looking nice, but when it is.....

Where are more pics?? We are dieing over here in the states!! Congrats!! Question for you though,..are the seats much more supportive than the standard 3? The bolsters in your pics do not seem very large. How does it drive? Any trouble with traction when launching from a roll?
