Hey Wil, ...
I got instructions, but they were all in japanese. So no help there. Do you need detailed instructions on install?
Couple of things before you install them.
Cycle the adjustment knobs from all the way soft to all the way hard a few times (then leave it on all soft). The knob on my front right strut fell out, and I can't get it back in.
Set the camber plates to zero before you install.
To set spring preload, loosen the spring perches, then snug them up to the spring. Just enough so that there is no play, but WITHOUT putting any tension on the spring. Once you get to that point, a 1/4 turn should do it. Then tighten the locking ring withouth moving the spring perch.
Once that's set, get the height perch to within about two inches of the spring perch. This will put you in the ballpark of a 24" fender height (and will keep you from having to adjust the thing for a half hour while it's installed.)
The front brackets should have an elongated hole, I pulled the hub towards positive camber. When it was set all the way in (negative camber) the toe was so bad it would rub on the inside of the wheel well (completely undriveable).
Obviously, get an alignment when it's done.
Do me a favor if you get a chance, let me know what your rear camber is after the install.
You don't really have to wait for the sway bar, ... the sway bar is so easy in itself, ...
Hopefully, that helps, pm or e-mail me if you need any help/advice. I have some random pictures on this thread if they help.

Also, ... as far as the settings go, ... I'm not real sure.
I've tried quite a bit, and yes, they are bouncy (as much to do with the quality of the roads as anything else).
I'm currently running 5f/5r, ... I think the best I really ever found was 6f/7r. It SEEMS (all opinion) that if you stagger the front vs rear too far apart, it makes one end extremely bouncy.
And the seats have as much to do with the bounce as the roads do. Keep that in mind.
I'm not sure if I'm goign to keep them honestly, ... they are a bit harsh for a daily driver. But they change more than the way the car turns, ... (for the better that is).
