my graduation gift from a stranger who wasnt paying attention to the road right after getting my tints on (encourage now to wait for insurance company and see how much its gonna cost to fix

That hurts... At least it wasn't a hit-and-run, right? Do you live in an at-fault state so you can recoup the deductible from the other guy's insurance?

i asked on wiki and explained my situation and some insurance investigator said its most likely going to be my fault -__- im dreading it right now but i mean i got hit in the rear passenger side so im hoping its the other guys fault

nah i was at a stop sign no car was comin went across 3/4ths of the way across the car hit me to me he was clearly not paying attention to the road and i have a witness who saw me do everything but since he diddnt have a stop sign is where it makes the situation bad -_- so now i just gotta see where it goes i went to the e.r. cuz my back is all ****** up now and now im just waiting for the deductable so i can fix my car =/

im hoping they rule it as him not paying attention since i was already across the street and im homing it doesnt cost me a damn fortune to fix the car... 8.25 an hour doesn't really help

IF you're lucky, they may consider it his fault as "failure to avoid", but you would have to prove that. Otherwise, I think you're gonna get the fault due to the stop sign(failure to yield?).

Sorry I got the same thing for my gift, but early in october cause we really needed a third car. But recently mine got hit by the mail man. There's a dent above the right front wheel (wasnt facing the street). There's no way i can prove it except for that suspicious note. Mazda quoted the damage to be nearly $900, cause its so close to the hood. But its small so idk why it would be that much. i either have to go through insurance or just leave it as it is. Best of luck though

Did it crack the paint? See about paintless dent removal.

4gs for the fix up lol its basically brand new already i just gotta fix the main thing that holes the axel and crap cuz the way the car hit my car it cracked it... got a new rim and everything just waiting for them to fix that and i just gotta pay a 500 deductible ...now to smoke out my lights
