The idle on my 1986 Rx-7 has always been ragged, but recently since we changed the spark plugs and wires, the idle is even worse. The car runs fine, but whenever I stop at a stop sign or red light, the idle jumps up and down until it finally bogs out and the car shuts off. Basically, I have to start the car every time I make a stop! If anyone has any advice or any experience with this kind of situation, feel free to reply...
