My Engine is Crooked

So, I am currently posting from the side of the road. Everything was fine this morning but then on the way home from work my car started to act funny.

From the look of things my stock passenger mount failed on me. What good timing bc I was set to install my dogbone tomorrow at the install meet. The engine managed to pull a few coolant lines also.

I'm currently on Portwine Road in Northbrook on between Lake Cook Road and Dundee, if any one wants to chill with me while i wait for Aric and Ken with the tow dolly.

*sigh* FML

So it was the rear motor mount then that snapped? That's the one most people have problems with. Sorry to hear Anna. Hopefully you can limp it over to Justin's and slap the TRZ in. And hopefully that's all the damage that was done.

Okay so basically it wasn't any of my mounts. It was the crap engine dampened that we put on that discombobulated itself.

Oh ok. So you had it on? Last time I saw your car it was disconnected I believe. Sorry to hear about that still, is everything sorted out then? No worries?

Yep every thing is good now. Coolant lines are in place and what not. I'm just going to watch it for the next couple of days but otherwise we are good to go. I am just glad it didn't do muchbmore damage than that. Thankfully no broken axels on my end.

What brand was this damper? Where did it fail? The damper itself or themount?

I had an Ingalls stiffy dampener in my Evo and had no issues with it. Had it on for 6 months only.(inout)
