mazda6 2013 diesel
Hi, everyone, I have a 2013Mazda6 with a 2.2L diesel engine and am experiencing an intermittent issue of the i-Eloop not charging and istop not working.

The problem is the I-eloop not charging and istop not working every 200~250 km. The iStop not working and light goes off on the dash board, the Eloop charge value is at only one bar on the dashboard(not increase),at the same time,I get this (hard to describe) resonance sound humming through the cabin when it tries to charge the capacitor. However, It does this for about 10-15mins and then goes back to normal ie: iStop light comes on and charging of the capacitor goes to full. I went to mazda shop and they told me everyting is ok, they can't find the problem.

So does anyone has this problrm? Could you plz reply me and tell me what's wrong with my car.

Thanks, looking for your reply.

There is no diesel version and nor iStop in US.
I have iEloop in my GT-tech, I have no issue with it.
I know that in some country like Taiwan, owners use a device to stop iStop (funny, eh?) from working.
They like it.

Maybe it's the dpf regeneration. I am still waiting for my car to be delivered but from what I have read it checks out.. No ieloop charging or istop while regenerating. When this happens take your foot off the gas (in gear) the and if the consumption is not zero I would say it's the dpf regeneration.
