PLEASE read this ENTIRE thread before you jump to bashing Jamie, who is a great guy and is going great lengths to make up for this shortcoming in product quality. Remember, everyone has recieved one bad product or another (ive had my fair share), and hopefully these are isolated incidents. I hope that he can prove by sending a second lip that fits that his products are top notch.

Lets just say that I am not in the least bit pleased with you or your company. I do feel that you have provided excellent customer service and your demeanor has been far beyond 100%. However, I have just spent the last three hours traveling from one body shop to another with your perfect quality product, which frankly sucks. The person that is the most respected and trustworthy body worker within a 90 mile radius said there is a 10% chance the lip will fit after severe sanding and dremmelling (you cant heat fiberglass), and even then will CERTAINLY have severe gaps. Every other place refused to even work on the lip because of the huge chance of me being pissed with the results. The passengers side is off by one and inch. The drivers side is off by almost 2 inches. Thats just the fitament of the way it wraps. Lets not even discuss the fitament of the way it sits on the bumper.
I want a refund of $275.00 PLUS shipping to Canada IMMEDIATELY via paypal. Ill even send you back your bulbs with it, and you can have the Altezza lights back after you pay me to ship them to you as well, because when I tell people about the fitament of your products im sure 99% are going to want their money back. To make matters worse, I had to attempt to fit the piece of crap lip 6 times to get people to try to offer to work on it for me, and in the process inevitably scratched my friggin paint on my brand new bumper, which I will have to have repainted at the cost of almost $500.00 by the dealership.
On top of this, I backed you and your product 110% on the forums, and now I look like a ******* idiot because your product comes so far from fitting that I actually had one of the body shops laugh in my face when I showed them the fitament of the product.
Please understand that I am trying to be cool, calm, and collected, but inside I am beyond pissed at this silly waste of time and money. I feel horrible for every one of the 30 people that entrusted their money in this product, only to find out theirs probably fits just as bad as mine if not worse.
