mudguards????

I was just wondering if they made mudguards for the P5. Ive done searches everywhere, ebay, dealers. nobody knows anything about them making them for it. I dont think I have seen any on one either.

Hi Irish22 sorry to say no one makes mudflaps for our Protege 5. The GFX kit is supposed to take the place of the guards. They do help somewhat but I still get splash up the sides. I have seen some with flaps so I know the guy probably just bought a generic set.

You may want to get a set of generic flaps from Walmart but to tell the truth I think they may look not too good. No moulded version will fit.

Unfortunately (for us in the USA), your car (Finland, right?) does not have the US-spec front and rear bumpers, nor the side trim pieces, so even if your flaps were available here, they would likely not fit.

Your car looks nice, though, with a clean design.

They make guards for the Japanese version of the P5, however good luck trying to decipher the pages to find and purchase them. They will prolly cost you a few million...yen that is

well, now i know the reason why i havent seen any. oh well, i can live without them
