msp turbocharger question

I have a question about the msp. I have not pushed my car a lot ever since I got the car but it seem like at 4.5k rpm and further, it seems like the turbocharger is spooling so fast that you hear a really high pitched sound. Is this normal? It really sounds like the turbocharger is spooling at its maximum. Thanks in advance.

yes...u should be able to hear the turbo when it is spooling...that is the whole joy of it

thanks for the response, I guess I am not unaccustomed to this T-25 turbocharger because the turbocharger has a really high pitched while the T3/T4 turbocharger had a very loud and low pitch.

It gives you a lot of respect for the equipment when you realize that the turbo is spinning at 100000 rpm.
I can't wait.
