Why didn't you use the yellow tie wraps?

a) The hoses are flourescent orange. I have future plans that will involve hidden black lights & other goodies. If I see anyone steal this idea, I will beat them with a used toothpick.
b) I just had black zipties at the time I was doing it. OrangeMSP graciously gave me his HT box of hoses, so I just went at it.

looks good. although i think that doing all the hoses around the strutbar area kinda makes a spaghetti look..not so much in this case though and i like the color.

Hah, I wish I knew. OrangeMSP had them installed on his car and he had a box full of hoses left over, and there was enough in the box to do all of my bay plus have a bit left over for if I find anything else to change out/cover up. I will say that it's a very time consuming task, though. I never would have thought changing out hoses was so tedious.

I think OrangeMSP originally ordered the show kit, the one that's like ~$150. Otherwise, there would be no way we could have had enough hose for both cars and still have some left over.

Go with silver or blue. Everyone does red over every color imaginable, so be different.

I don't do the blue thing... It'll be red or silver. I've never seen anyone do silver hoses. Might look good on a silverish car. The Sonic Racing official colors are charcoal and red however.
