it's a T25r not a GT25 my friend. i know i'm pushing it really hard and that its not good for the turbo. but it's boosting every PSI like a champ on everything i've done to the engine and tranny. Obviously its not going to be the turbo i want to make big numbers. just that i ran out of money to do what is left to make big numbers. i just need Better Turbo Many, Bigger turbo, Bigger and Better Exhaust, external wastegate and that's it. i've done everything already to produce power. this turbo and exhaust already gave me the max of it.

ya the gt25 was the closest compressor map i could find at the time. don't get the idea i was raggin you, i think its awesome you're runnng 26psi, you wouldn't be the first who's done that on this turbo. a guy on this forum many years ago kwitsi used to do that too on race gas w/o problems either.

i was merely pointing out some relavant information most people don't know =)

people here are confusing everything. I'm not boosting 27 psi all the time, just for a few seconds as a spike that problably last 5-8 seconds probably less, after that the psi goes back to 18, 16, 15, 14 what ever boost level i programmed the Electronic boost controller.. lots of people says that this turbo its not capable to boost so much, problably not for long or to hold, but any turbo if you disconect the hose from the wastegate it's capable to boost as much as the turbo can blow. in these case 27 psi.boosting so much doesn't mean it can hold it, don't get me wrong. i can't hold that amount all the time, but having this setup to spike 27 psi for a few seconds is like if you have a NOS kit that you juice it a little of it for a little of it of time. I've try all of the setup posible, By just Boosting 16 PSI all the time, no spikes or nothing. and let me tell you buddie it's not the same thing to step on the gas pedal in 3rd gear and just boost 16 all the way, than steping on the gas and boosting progressively 27 psi, then go back to 16, 17 , or 18 which ever you like the most you get a massive agressive power and torque at mid-high rpms

I agree with you. i've done 27.6 psi on 106 Octane Fuel. but there's people that gives opinions without any evidence. and that's not right, if you don' believe on something doesn't mean it's a lie or not true....

I saw you have a GT28RS and 440cc Injectors ? what Turbo many do you have, and what numbers are you putting down ?

i have the stock mani w/ a nice hairline crack down the middle. thats why i'm subscribed on this thread, lookin for a new one to come out =)

haven't been on the dyno yet, ask me again in a couple weeks ;)

Hey Kicker how much power are you putting down with that GT28RS ? what turbo mani are you using ? any EMS ?

do you have a picture of your GT28RS on the stock callaway mani ? i would love to see how it looks

This is the turbo on the MSP, just with a compressor redesigned slightly to fit better with the intake and hot pipe routing ..

unless you bought your car used and someone swapped the GT25R for a T25R (which last I checked.. is a nonexistent model), it's the GT

Thats why the manifold will never get done. I posted pics and videos and 2 pages later people are talking about a boosting experience. Jezzz(poke)
