msp build parts (preview!!....:)

Skimmed through this thread there has been a s*** load of changes in a short period of time I lost track lol. Cant wait to see the finished product.

Thats one of the problems Haltechs have, dont worry about it to much Sander, manuel took a long ass time to fix that issue on mine
 
It's common for Cold start it takes some time to figure. Mine used to be really bad at first after about three tries we figured it out. It's diff for every car regardless.

haha, i wish i knew. I'm at 10psi on a brand new garrett (60trim) BB T3/T4 now, the old turbocharger was a precision SC61 non-ballbearing.

The car is getting tuned as we speak. I should have something this weekend or next week.

it's not as bad as people seem to think with a decent sized t3/t4...from a dig you'll build boost around 4k rpms at the latest, when in motion spool is definitely longer than the factory gt2554r, but not so long that it's unbearable...I'd say around 5-600 rpms to spool fully to 10psi

bob (orng1) was running a turbo similar to that and he put down around 260ish to the wheels at 10psi...so you should be in that ballpark, sweet!

still haven't even washed the car, haha, I'm getting very lazy in my old age. To be honest, I really want some nice footage of the car on the street, you've got to hear the wastegate dump pipe!

It all depends on what gear you're in of course, but at 10 psi with eboost ebc, full boost by 4,000-4,200. Not to bad right, the thumper mani helps with low end and with more gate pressure adjustment(eboost) I bet I could shave off 4-500rpm!
